- EquialitySims is a free, volunteer-run hobby community for Sims 3 horse roleplay

User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you create (horses, stables, Sims, etc.)
- By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on the site

Virtual Items & No Monetary Value
- EquialitySims operates without fictional currency or monetary systems
- Virtual horses, XP, achievements, and other items have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or other valuable consideration
- We are not responsible for any perceived "loss" of virtual items
Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules
- You may request deletion of your account at any time
- Upon termination, your access to the site and associated content may be removed
Limitation of Liability
